Sebastian's birth story This year ,as rough as it has been, Ryan was home for his birthday. HE had not been home for his First and second birthday. We went to the zoo, as a family, for the first time in a LONG time. Because Sebastian wanted to see the "animals"

He RAN most of the way thru the zoo but took many nursing breaks in the sling
To end the day his vegan GFWF german chocolate cake.....
